Grading is performed on a straight scale with plusses and minuses. Course faculty give Bplan grades. Business plans are graded by the course faculty. Judging panels evaluate presentations. Final presentations are evaluated by a panel of venture capitalists, entrepreneurs, and entrepreneurial educators. These evaluations are used by course faculty to assign the Final Presentation score.. Mentors give individual grades. On-campus mentors assign a numerical score for each team member between 0 and 100. This grade is assigned by evaluating weekly meetings with each team, by assessing the content of each member's course diary, and by considering the outcome of the final presentation and business plan. In addition, the on-campus mentor may consult with the off-campus mentor in setting the grade. Peer assessment. Moreover, peer assessment is performed by each team member using Form PA, and these forms are considered by the on-campus mentor in assigning mentor assessments. |
