GE 393 RLP - Business Plan Workshop for Technology Entrepreneurs
Team Selection Procedure Team members. Projects are to be performed in teams of enrolled class members. Team members who are not currently enrolled as university students should enroll for continuing education credit. Minimum team size. Teams are to consist of a minimum of four (4) class members. Concept-team agora. On the second class period, the Concept-Team Agora (marketplace) will be held at the beginning of the period. During the Agora, concept champions will present business concepts and other class members will interview with concept champions to become team members. Filing form TS. At any time a concept champion has recruited at least four or more members to a team, that team may be declared closed, and Form TS should be submitted.. During the Agora, as teams are established the names of the teams and their members will be posted to the blackboard. Filling all teams. Uncommitted class members and unfilled concept teams should negotiate until enough teams of four are formed. Course instructors will help negotiate any final adjustments in team membership. Following team-concept selection, each team will be assigned an on-campus mentor. Thereafter, the TEC will attempt to match entrepreneurs to relevant teams through the assignment of an off-campus mentor.
